Mr. Sharma is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) . With over 10 years of professional experience, he has extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, financial management, taxation, and corporate compliance.

Currently, Mr. Sharma serves as the Accounts and Finance Head of Nivix Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he oversees the Company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls while supporting strategic business decisions.
